The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) is pleased to convene a Stakeholders’ Meeting to foster dialogue, strengthen collaboration, and address pressing issues in the medical and dental professions.

Agenda Highlights:
1. Enhancing Interpersonal Relationships in Healthcare Teams

   o Exploring ways to promote harmony and effective collaboration among practitioners and their teams.

2. Addressing Current Challenges
   o Identifying and discussing the key challenges facing medical and dental practice in Nigeria.

3. Developing Collaborative Strategies
   o Formulating actionable strategies to improve standards and outcomes in medical and dental practice.

4. Open Forum
   o Providing an inclusive platform for all stakeholders to share insights, experiences, and recommendations
   o Ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and valued.

5. Actionable Outcomes
   o Concluding the meeting with a clear set of next steps to guide future actions.
