The Induction of the foreign trained medical and dental graduates who passed the MDCN Assessment Examination which held at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan in September 2024 has been scheduled to take place on Thursday, 28th November 2024.

Prospective inductees are requested to check their emails used for exam registration for their Assigned Folio Numbers. If you are unsure, contact MDCN by email to provisionalregistration@mdcn.gov.ng

With the folio number, proceed to register on the MDCN Portal by following these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1:    Go to: www.portal.mdcn.gov.ng

Step 2:    Click on the button under ‘Doctor Access’

Step 3:    Click on ‘Create new account’ link under the login form; or Click on ‘Register’ link on top right corner of the page.

Step 4:    Click on the button under ‘New Doctor Account’

Step 5:    Complete the Registration Form.

Step 6:    Click on the “Create Account” button

Once your account is successfully created, you will receive an email with your login details.  The login details will become active only after you receive a signup approval email from the MDCN, typically within 48 business hours.

Step 7: Login at www.portal.mdcn.gov.ng with the received details, update your records and     make payments.

Please note that foreign trained graduates are expected to select ‘Foreign Provisional Registration’ from the drop down list under ‘Provisional Registration Type’

The required payments are:

Registration fees – N230,000.00

Insurance Indemnity – N15,000.00

Please note that registration for the induction closes on Friday, 22nd November 2024

Only candidates who have fulfilled the registration requirements will be enlisted for induction.
